Read about the folks behind Civil Lore!™ - and why we're happy to be doing what we're doing!

Americans everywhere want to live closer to the roots of our civil society. You hear it in pleas for the improvement of our political discourse, calls for the renewed teaching of civics in our public schools and deepening interest in the regional arts that preserve our country’s storied past. As Abraham Lincoln proclaimed at the onset of America’s civil war, a house divided cannot stand!

One way our American house can be sure to stand is for us to share the fun and intriguing things that unite us – our stories, urban legends, myths, mysteries, oddities, tall tales and humor. This board game is an attempt at just that - a circle of civil competition in which folks can put differences aside and celebrate our great Union. So we hope you will join us in saying: Play Civil, America!
